Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, Two Blooms Design Studio does not accept returns. If you are unhappy with a product please contact us with detailed information so we can work towards a solution within 24 hours of receipt.

We may allow refunds for a defective product within 30 days of purchase. Please note this is on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. We refund the cost of the item NOT THE SHIPPING
. If an item is returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchange, Refund or Repair

Please contact us directly about exchanges, repairs, and refunds. These are all done on a case-by-case basis.

You are responsible for the shipping costs both to send it to us and to be sent back to you.
 Please ship back via Canada Post, we are not responsible for any taxes/duties incurred when the package returns to us.
