Shipping policy

Shipping within Canada

All orders shipped will vary and are based on weight.  Ordering in multiples will save on shipping costs. All retail orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days based on availability. We do not ship out on weekends.

Parcels to the US are shipped using Tracked Packet USA which will take approximately 6-10 business days, not including customs.

Items are not marked as GIFTS as we assess the value of the item/items being shipped. If your item is lost you are responsible to contact Canada Post to initiate the claim.

PLEASE NOTE - once we send out the order it is in the hands of the post office - please contact Canada Post with your tracking number to get more info on the location of your package (items that are sent with no tracking and no insurance, the post office cannot check its whereabouts because it has no tracking) you can also track your package at the Canada Post website www.canadapost.ca.

Two Blooms Design Studio will only ship to addresses that correspond with your order in order for both parties to be protected. If your shipping addresses differ, we will contact you for verification. If we do not hear back within 3 days Two Blooms Design Studio will cancel your transaction or ship the items to the address you supplied.

A paper copy will not be sent with your invoice unless requested.

If we have any questions regarding your order or have run out of stock, we will notify you asap.

Sales Taxes

Canada: We are a registered business, all Canadian addresses will be charged sales tax. BC residents will be charged PST & GST.

International: You will not be charged sales tax. However, when receiving your order you may be charged tax and duty. We are not responsible for duty or taxes as this is dependent on your home country.
